The Honest Pricing Page
(Pre-Launch Edition)

We're not going to fake-publish prices and change them when we launch. BDFIQ Founder's pricing is announced when we go live. Waitlist members get the locked Founder's rate. What we can tell you now: what QuickBooks Online actually costs you, and what BDFIQ will include at every tier.

What We Will and Won't Do With Pricing

Your Founder's rate is locked for the life of your subscription. We don't raise prices on existing subscribers when new subscribers pay more.

All core features are included at every tier. Job costing, class tracking, multi-entity consolidation — not gated. We don't believe in "Advanced" upsells for basic reporting.

Same price monthly or annually. No annual-billing discount tricks. The number on the page is the number you pay.

We won't promise "no price increase ever, for any reason." If we're going to be honest about QBO's price increases, we have to be honest about ours: we may add optional premium features or extended storage as separate add-ons in the future. Your base Founder's rate stays locked.

×

We won't run a "50% off three months" promo that then jumps to retail. One Founder's rate, locked for waitlist members. One Retail rate, public at launch.

Or have a real bookkeeper do your books for you.

BDFIQ is for owners who want to run their own books with software that doesn't fight them. If you'd rather hand the work to a real bookkeeper, Best Decision Bookkeeping does that — and your BDFIQ subscription is included in the bundle.

Monthly books done by a US-based bookkeeper. BDFIQ subscription included.

Bookkeeping + Fractional CFO

What You're Wondering About

Because we don't have to. BDFIQ is pre-launch — we're not asking anyone to commit a credit card. When we launch, we'll publish the Founder's rate publicly and waitlist members will already have it locked. We'd rather lock the right number than publish a guess and quietly change it later.
For most businesses with jobs, segments, or multiple entities — yes. The honest comparison: QBO Plus is $115/mo for 5 users (where job costing lives). Advanced is $275/mo. BDFIQ's Founder's rate target is in the band that makes the switch a savings story for most QBO Plus/Advanced subscribers. The actual number is announced at launch.
No. We're building real accounting software, not a freemium funnel. Free tiers tend to mean "your data is the product" or "this thing is dead in two years." BDFIQ is a paid product with a Founder's rate. If you need free, Wave Starter is genuinely free for very small businesses.
We're not pricing per user. We're pricing per company. Number of users you include in your subscription will be locked at launch — but it won't be the QBO "1 user on Solopreneur, 3 on Essentials, 5 on Plus" trap.
Join the waitlist and you'll be invited to lock the Founder's rate when we open up the rate to waitlist members. We may run a paid pre-order option closer to launch — if so, waitlist members hear about it first.
Cancel anytime, no contracts. We'll have a data retention window (industry-standard 12-24 months after cancellation) so you can come back if you change your mind or export everything to wherever you're going. Specifics will be in the EULA at launch.
